This culver's is fantastic. We came in as a big family and got our orders quickly and they were right. The food tasted good.
Highly HIGHLY disappointed. Drive through girls were VERY rude and forgot 5 items off our order and refused to do our group... order. Also, I heard them complaining about us which is highly unprofessional. Especially disappointed due to the fact that Iused to work at a culvers so I know the expectations and they simply weren't met. Ordered three cheeseburgers for my kids and they were raw inside. When I brought them back and showed the manager on duty he... said they were not raw and that I should ask for them to be cooked well done next time. I?ve never had to ask for a THIN Culverpatty to be cooked well done in order for it to be cooked completely! Horrible customer service coming from a supposed to bemanager. Good service. And food was Culvers quality! ???? I?m only giving 3 stars because I brought in a bus load of kids (at a slow... time) and they wouldn?t give the bus driver a free meal. One of the first places that have refused us. Should have walked out,but orders had already been placed. Read more
Burgers little too much seasoning but fresh ingredients. Fries are excellent. Curds are okay. Milkshakes and concrete... mixers are amazing. Customer service is so good it's silly. Read more
