I am disappointed by what happened today. My grandfather went in and received horrible customer service and then continued to... give him our drinks that weren?t correct. We ordered the brown sugar cold brew one with cream and sugar and one without, Ishould have gone with him because when he came home and asked me to look at the drinks due to them looking off, they were noteven the right drinks and had little to no ice. Unfortunately, this store needs to be shut down. I live a couple of minutes from this Dunkin? Donuts, so it?s pretty convenient... for me to go here. However, every time I come here they don?t have none of the items that I pay for. It?s upsetting and its awaste of time. One time, they told us that the health inspector shut them down only for them to be opened up the next day. Why?Plus, I have to call a number in order to get a refund back? This place has become a joke, ran by teenagers, randomly closes inside, claiming due to short staff, still uses the COVID coin... shortage as a way to do cash only, or tells you if you want to use card you have to go inside the store. The bacon snack, isnever done, you get barely cooked bacon and over cooked hash browns. Also the app doesn?t ever work correctly, I?ve added bothmy Apple Pay and my bank card and still can?t use the app, makes me scan for points then pay separately. Read more
Dunkin use to be one of my favorite places to get coffee and donuts, well today was one of the worse experience at the Fountain... square location. The donuts wasn?t fresh and the cashier was giving nothing but bad customer service and attitude when I toldher the donuts wasn?t fresh. An employee made the manager of this... location aware of the disgusting ice and the manager refused to do anything about it, instead let that employee go. This is asorry excuse for management. I go here almost every morning due to convenience of location. It is hit or miss the quality of the food and whether their... kitchen will even be working. For a few months they would be out of bacon every monday and tuesday morning. That ordering issueseems to have been corrected though. I stopped getting iced tea from here because one time I got it and it had a yellowish tingeand tasted of chemicals. Read more
