I have been ordering from Jimanos for more than 20 years I'm sure. We always love the food our favorite is... chicken-salad-pizza-wings-italian beef sandwiche..now the food is amazing. However one star for customer service in all my yearsof ordering here I have never encountered such rude customer service. I order online I added special wings and pizza I addedeverything to my cart and checked out - now technology can be flawed at times but long story short my food was delivered nowings . I ask the driver he says no wings was ordered I'm confused because my price indicates I ordered what I ordered. I alwaystip over 5 dollars we tip well. Call restaurants see what happens they basically argue with me and say you never ordered it - wecan give you 50% off if you order it now. I continue to fuss because I know ordered cuz I choose sauce and ranch after all thishe says well we can give you credit . Omg you could of lead with that ???? instead have loyal customer never want to come backagain I'm sure we spend any where 2k to 4k a year here but it's okay. I will not tolerate that I will never order here again.This is not how you treat loyal customer Word of advise customer is always right But you lost us forever Read more
I just ordered a pizza late at night. they said it would take one hour. They were at my house In 30 minutes. The food was hot... and fresh and delicious. The driver was super nice and even called to let me know he was outside. I definitely recommend thispizzeria. Read more
Every time I order, I get the small thin crust sausage pizza. I'm never disappointed! I really enjoy their pizza & when it's... delivered, it's always hot & fresh! Not a long wait time, I live by their restaurant by when I order delivery, I get my pizzawithin 30minutes from the time I place my order. Overall, good pizza & good service! Read more
Unfortunately after we placed our order we got a call that we are not in the delivery area and they were not sure why the... website let us order..however for one time they allowed us to get it which I really appreciated! The delivery driver and myhusband had a moment because they had the same name ????. The food was DELICIOUS! first time ordering and definitely not thelast (but we will pick up ????) pan pizza was delicious and so big we only ate one piece! The pizza is good and the wings are good But they are super expensive I got a 12" meat lovers kind of and it was over $24... dollars For a 12" are you kidding me Next time I will go to a different spot So I will advise you if you want a pizza and thatis not expensive don't get it from here because they will get you how they did to me Read more
I enjoy this pizza. I love the sauce and their dough just feels different, it's airy yet crispy and soft. It's hard to describe.... The sausage is really good as well. I am super picky with sausage. Some places over salt the sausage but Jimanos does it justright. I guess my only true complaint is that they don't have a lot of specials or coupons and I love getting the best deal buteven then, I have paid full price a few times because I really like their pizza.
