Went inside to pick up an online order and there were already people there that had been waiting 20 minutes. It was 9:20pm and... they seemed to have been behind on orders going back to 6pm. No orders were set in their ?pizza portal? so if anyone had a codeto put in, it wouldn?t work. Employees were keeping to themselves and took 20+ minutes to actually talk to a customer. Food is never ready. 20 minutes wait after the time it's supposed to be ready. The other day I order online and once I picked it... up, seems that they gave it to Uber instead. Service is better but they lie telling us the wrong timing of ETA. Atmospheresucks, there's no space for cars for that type of business. Read more
Walking into their lobby and immediately got greeted and asked if I had placed an order. I told the young lady that I didn't and... asked if I can place an order. It appears Hot and Ready pizzas are no longer available. The young lady denied my request onplacing an order for a pie. So apparently no. Waited at the drive-up window for about 10 minute being ables ordered three "Hot N Ready" ( 2 pepperoni and 1 sausage) that... wasn't ready... Was told it'll be a ten minute wait. Well ten minutes later got back to the window and then was told the orderhasn't even been prepared yet and it'll be another ten minutes. Well twenty minutes later the order was ready. To start off? there?s no way to start off from. Service is terrible. Hour long wait for simply 2 pizzas. That should already be... in the ?Hot n Ready? section. Never seen so many angry customers at once!!! Only option they gave is ?wait? or ?money back?.Next we got cussing in the back. Yelling cus words all over the kitchen. This is the worst location. There is always a line and you can expect to sit there for 30-45 minutes every time. As I type this... I have been sitting here for 15 minutes and have moved up one car. They don?t allow you to go in and order. The parking/drivethrough is a nightmare. If you pull up and take your chance in line and decide to leave you can?t because there is only one wayout once the line starts. Once the line starts you can?t park because if you do you won?t be able to get out because of the lineof cars blocking you in. The only good thing about this place is the pizza is always the same. Little Caesar?s should relocatethis one to an easier more accessible location. Or teach their employees how to prepare for their busy nights so people can getin and out like at all their other locations. Going on 25 minutes now and still haven't moved. I Can?t leave because I?m blockedin. Well it?s now been an hour. I got to the window and the guy was at-least apologetic about the wait. Looks to be only 2-3people working. Phone is going crazy. Ordered ahead online for 8 pizzas. Gave them about 2 hours notice and the pizzas were ready on time and delicious as always.... Very friendly staff couldn't ask for a better experience! Read more
