Management should better run this location. I went in on a Sunday night I placed an order online at 7 and was told in the email... that it should be ready for pick up around 8. I waited an hour and went into the store to ask if my order was ready at 8:09. Inwhich the worker told me that my order wasn?t even ready yet and it was last on the list to make. At this point I?m beyond upsetif the store knows it?s busy and it can not keep up with orders it should be canceling any online orders coming or calling tonotify the customers so we don?t waste our time waiting for food. The employees turned off the menu monitors to say "the system is down, we're not taking any orders" This particular location... isn't great, these wait times are ridiculous. These employees are rude, won't even look at you to answer questions. I get somepeople come in with trashy attitudes but come on, not all of us do. Read more
0/10 Staff was terrible, tried to overcharge me til I checked the cashier, they all went on a smoke break with no pizza and no... crazy bread ready to serve. The pizza they finally did serve me was burnt af. You've been warned, eat there at your owndiscretion. Read more
They were super busy on the Saturday I went in but I ordered online while I waited in line and got my food before people that... were ahead of me in line. They, like everyone else, are short staffed but they were still fast and friendly! Great job becausemy food was excellent Read more
I ordered through the app and came to pick up on a Sunday night. They weren't quite ready when the app said they would be but... the employee who talked to me (and others) was extremely polite and explained the situation. They checked on guests waitingoutside the store as well multiple times and really made us all feel valued and taken care of in this situation. Read more

I have had a few bad experiences here but always chalked it up to being under staffed. However this time it was just plain... laziness. I ordered a Detroit style pan pizza only to receive two globs of dough. This is the last time I'll buy here. Read more
