This is literally the worst staffed McDonald?s. The lady taking orders is rude and unprofessional. The manager doesn?t care that... her staff is rude. The drink station is disgusting sticky messy covered in juice everywhere. I literally witnessed 6 orders allget messed up in the time I was waiting 10 minutes for sweet and sour sauce and a man was waiting 20 minutes for his frappe. First, the lobby looked open, but wasn't. I wish McDonald's would keep their lobbies open a couple of hours later in the case of... most stores. This one doesn't have lobby hours posted on the door like most McDonald's I go to for DoorDash do. So, I wastedtime parking and trying the door - crossing the lot to get to the sidewalk instead of there being any parking by the building.Sure, most of us could use the extra steps, but I was in hurry otherwise I wouldn't have been stopping for *fast* food. I havebetter things to spend my tiny income on than an overpriced ball of grease when I have kids to feed and an ex who can't bebothered to buy a hairbrush or floss for them for his house, so please make my experience worth it. With no customerswhatsoever (waiting at the window or otherwise) and at least 3 employees "working", I waited more than 5 minutes at the firstdrive-thru speaker. I even tried getting someone's attention with a polite, "hello?" just in case my van didn't signal any ofthe employees I was there after waiting a couple of minutes. Finally, I pulled up to the 2nd speaker (why are there 2 in thesame lane??) and repeated the process. I do know how to use a drive-thru effectively, I'm a DoorDasher who was taking a "quick"break. Waiting probably lost me $10 more in orders than I should have missed out on by taking a break. I was finallyacknowledged because I loudly asked if someone finally got on the speaker when another car pulled up behind me to the 1stspeaker and was greeted immediately. That is what finally brought my presence to the attention of the staff, hearing me throughthe other speaker. The other person was still talked to 1st even though I had been waiting long enough to be ready to pull up tothe window to find out whether the speakers were broken or if the store was closed, but I don't think they actually boughtanything. ???????? ???????????????????? I love this McDonald's. Everyone is efficient and friendly and I've never had any... issues at this McDonalds. The sandwiches are above-average compared to the other facilities in the area. Everyone is extremelyfriendly and efficient. The manager Miguel is awesome!I get a kick out of watching the kids running around in the play area withtheir socks on, it just gives the whole facility a neighborhood family feel. You won't be disappointed, this McDonald's is A cutabove the rest. Their new Columbian coffee? Magnifico! And, I can't say enough about the ladies at the window in the morning,they are always smiling, always engaging, and they have a joke on certain days, LOL. This really is a neighborhood hub, withSocial Security and family services right across the street, folks can get their coffee or iced tea while they're standing inthe heat or cold waiting for them to open. I usually go there every morning, and sometimes in the evening depending on mygranddaughters, LOL. Fast service, awesome playground. They were handing out toy story 4 stickers and one of the workers(cashier) came over to the... play area to make sure every kid got one. I live 30 min from here but will definitely return next time I?m in the area. Read more
