It's actually a very nice McDonald's. Food is standard but expected. Very spacious and tables are mostly clean.

Worst customer service, especially by the manager. My husband was super excited to see cold brew advertised by the drive through... so he ordered one with his breakfast. The gentleman taking his order did not understand what cold brew is and took about 7different tries before he seemed to have understood and asked for the size. When we reached the window they gave us hot coffee,so we explained we had ordered cold brew. They took back the hot coffee and had us pull in to spot #1. A woman came out, whom welater found out was a manager by the name Rachel Hernandez, allegedly. When she approached our window all she said was $1.60more. My husband confused handed her $2 but asked if we had ordered cold brew why is there an up charge? The woman very rudelysaid he paid for hot coffee and this costs $1.60 more. Never an apology for getting our order wrong or the fact that heremployee could not understand cold brew. She just treated us like we tried to cheat her out of $1.60. The excuse she gave wasthat it was their first day having cold brew on the menu and I honestly don?t know how this is our fault. She is extremely rudeand judgmental. Read more

I cannot say too much bad things of McDonald's since it the same fashion food they have over decades. What I can say of this... location is that they have gad different interior design sign. The kiosk are there in case no cashiers are attendant during busyhours. The issue though comes that if you do order through the kiosk then ask to grab a number for your order for the employeeto bring it to you. They don't. You still have to get up to pick up your order. There really isn't a point to that. Other thanthat nothing bad overall of the location. It is just a quick grab and bite. Read more

i just visited this mcdonalds, and the staff was very unkind. i understand its late at night (2am) but its still uncalled for.... the exchange at the intercom took longer than it should've because of the worker doing who knows what else, and the way theyspoke felt like they just wanted us gone as soon as possible even though this is the job they signed up for. they told us to goto the window to pay before we even finished talking, and they didnt even tell us our total at the intercom like they normallywould. the workers just seemed like they had a temper that they were taking out on us and it was not appreciated. if you dontwant to work night shifts, do not sign up for a night shift. I have had many issues with this location and against my better judgement gave them another try tonight. I placed a mobile order... for a caramel frappe, 3 Mcflurries, and 1 cone. I was never asked if my order was right and they didn't put it on the screen forme to see, at the 1st window they just said you had the mobile and I said yes, so I get to the 2nd window and they hand meeverything but the cone and I tell them and the tell me it's not on the order. I don't argue I just ask that they simply let mepurchase a cone then and in the middle of the guy @ the window kindly trying to figure out what happened the rude I'm assumingmanager says I'll do this and literally steps directly in front of the guy and looks over my order and says "NO! I have too manycars ALREADY!" So, I pull forward and go to the speaker (no wait) and order a cone and there's literally 1 car @ the window! Iwaited about 45 seconds and I pay for the cone but I show my order details on my phone that clearly has a cone in my originalorder to the guy that originally was trying to help me and said please tell him he was wrong and that something glitched as Ihad a cone on my original order. I had a very similar situation happen last time I was there (literally about a year ago theycharged me for an order and tried to say I needed to pay again when I got to the window) I cannot believe that he is a manageror at minimum a shift supervisor when to him customers are taking up his time! He could've asked to see my phone, could've askedme to pull forward, but instead he literally told me I could not have what I ordered and refused to help me. First of all if I order through DoorDash there?s no way My food should be so old from lunch. My child can?t even bite through... this bc it?s so old and stale. Everytime I come here somethings given to me old or u redrop the already cooked food in thegrease again that is disgusting. Automatically my food should be fresh. They have remodel this mc Donald's it super nice now check the before and now pic the staff are friendly and courteous excellent... service every time I visit the restroom always clean. Fire place and television it's awesome there. You will find a fewindifferent characters because of the hotel next to. Read more

??????????????????????????Not a bad McDonald's, recently upgraded, it seems that a lot of vagrants hang around outside of the... building. Probably due to the transient hotel next door and the busy Corner location at Green Bay and Grand Avenue which lendsitself to panhandling. The facility itself is very clean, and most of the staff were efficient, although they were not aspersonable or engaging as the facility on North Lewis Avenue.???????? Read more
