Placed a order for delivery at 5:10 pm the manager quoted me it should 30 min a hour went by recall the store they didn't answer... I placed my order online at 3pm to be picked up at 4. Pulled into the drive thru at 4 and was told it wasn't ready yet and to... park and they would bring it out to me. So I sat outside for 30 mins before going inside to find out what was going on. Uponentry a lady had just placed her order and another one was placing an order. The young lady who told me the order wasnt readyyet at the beginning saw me and went to the back. Now anther 20 mins goes by and the lady who had placed her order when I waswalking in was getting her pizza. I asked the guy behind the counter about my order and he went to check and they said it hadbeen ready for over 40 mins. I asked why didn't anyone tell me especially since the original employee I spoke with at thebeginning saw me several times. They handed me my pizza with no apology or have a great evening. worst experience ever I placed an order three hours ago and still nothing. I called the store. NO ANSWER. I went in the store I... waited 50 minutes inside because no one was coming to the front the store was empty there was only one person working so I hadto wait a total of four hours just to get a pizza and I asked her if there?s anyway that I can get a discount because everythingis probably cold and it?s been so long and she said no and I?m like OK cancel it and she threw it in the garbage in front of myface.
