Went through the drive thru n ordered 2 sandwiches. Got our toppings switched up. So why 5 stars still? Called them back and... explained what happened. Told us to come back and get new sandwiches. Did so and got both new sandwiches for free as well as 2free shakes! It was obviously just a mistake, and apologized for it, THEN some. Thank you for providing very awesome customersatisfaction!! Tried Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Waukegan and overall we liked it. The order/payment process seemed like it needed some work. We... had to repeat our order to 3 different people before we could pay. I loveeeee this place! My coworker and I tend to buy lunch from here a lot and their food never fails. Mac and cheese is a must... try and the sandwiches are mouth watering good. Kailey is such a sweetheart, they didn't have sweet tea but gave she me an evenbetter option that I didn't even know they had. Read more
