I do not know why I still come here other than its the closest Starbucks to my house. Every time I order an iced black tea... lemonade I get a black tea with no lemonade. I feel like it shouldn't be this hard to pour premade tea and premade lemonade intoa cup with ice, I don't even need for you to shake it, I just need the correct ingredients at this point. Read more
I understand that a majority of their business, these days, are drive through, but if the service inside slow, why keep the cafe... portion open? I went in for a tall black coffee, many employees working the window orders and one person taking inside orders.Once she came out to take my order they had run out of brewed coffee and was asked to wait for her to brew more. I would stickto drive thru business only if I were this company and close the store part. I'll go somewhere else. Read more
