Be prepared for a seemingly innocent question which, answered incorrectly, will get you a rude response. If your response to... "Would you like it heated?" is 'No', then you will be rudely and impatiently told that the sandwich MUST be warmed up. (If thatis indeed the case with some sandwiches, then why ask in the first place, instead of suggesting it or simply reminding thecustomer?) Also be prepared for sticky tables, slow service, and angry, surly employees who hate their jobs and dislikecustomer requests for certain ingredients on their sandwiches. Read more
If I could give no stars I would a million times. This is my first time EVER writing a review and I feel like it was definitely... a must. These people are so rude it is ridiculous, it?s not sometimes but EVERY time I come in (which is very rarely becausethey are so horrible) they have attitudes and act as if they are so bothered by my presence. When I walk in I greet them with asmile and they still say nothing at all, ignore me and give mean looks. They have messed up my order for the third time now andI?m tired of it.
