We had very hot food and the service was great! Much better service then what we received at the Zion Wendy's. The cashier was... quick and very nice at this Waukegan Wendy's. Zions crew was not friendly and acted strange. Read more

I asked for fresh potatoes and they weren't fresh. I'm not a difficult person to please, just give me my fresh potato wedges... when I ask for them. If I would've wanted rock hard ones, I would've just ate the uncooked ones in my fridge. Dry and hard, thepicture shows a large btw, not even filled up. The food was hot and tasty, but the wait time to order you food and get you food is unreasonable slow take 20 min to be in line... to order and get the food in the drive tru, is the firsttime I spend that time in line in any drive tru. Read more
We always come through the drive-thru at this location. It's usually always packed. I usually get the Southwest Chicken Avocado... salad. Today I decided to try the new Parmesan Cesar salad. BIG MISTAKE! It was one of the worst ones I've tasted! It had noflavor, and it barely had any chicken or any cheese. I was left with tons of lettuce and tomatoes. Never again! Update:9-14-19 Today I decided to try the Parmesan Chicken Caesar salad again. This time it was amazing! It came with these parmesanbits that were amazing! Welcome to the worst Wendy's in Illinois. Legitimately. Just don't. Dont think, "its so simple, they cant possibly screw it up... THAT bad"... because they absolutely can with absolute flaming glory. The meat is always freezer burnt, the orders are alwayswrong, they must make fries once a day and just shovel them from the same trash can for the rest of the day. I can't possiblyexpress not just how bad this place is, its not like wendys is THAT GREAT, but assuming ypure average wendys is a 10/10 thenthis place is -20/10. Its so much worse than any other Wendy's that i have ever been to that, frankly, id rather eat at thelocal soup kitchen. Never again. The owner of this establishment ought to be ashamed at the utter vacancy of self respect thatthey clearly abandoned long ago. The staff.. idk, probably best to just have em put down.. lest they wind up somewhere thatactually matters. Oh and also, most of their reviews were paid for.
