We ordered a large delivery of wings for the work place and multiple items were missing. We called several times, on hold for... roughly 15 minutes a piece each time without answer. When we finally did get an answer, we told the person about the missingitems and the response was ?you can pick up the missing items or receive a refund? (mind you this was a delivery). We agreed onthe refund, the clerk then said he would need to call his manager and would call us back. Over two hours passed without a callfrom the clerk regarding our refund. As before, we tried multiple times to contact the store and there was no answer. The linerang for over fifteen minutes without anyone picking up. We will not be ordering from this location again. It was the equivalentto thawing Tyson nuggets. Read more

If I can do a "0" rating to them, I would! They are horrible people. My son bought a bunch of food thru their app and they... ripped him off! This place is filthy. The sofa station has flies. I went in at 11:15 they open at 11 am. It was stickiness all over the sofa... area, there is visible dirt and build up on the sofa machine. The glass door is filthy. The fries were over fried in old grease.I threw $18 worth of food out because I was disgusting. Read more

I was in town from Pennsylvania visiting family and this was by far the worse Wingstop I have EVER HAD. PROS: THE CASHIER WAS... NICE AND CLEAN! CONS: the inside was nasty and smoky. There were teenagers running in and out of the restaurant (no one said athing). I ordered a dozen rolls and they were never boxed just given to me in the same container they were cooked in. They hadso much butter inside that I couldn't eat the middle. My boneless BBQ wings were overcooked and the BBQ sauce was extremely darkand slimy.
