This Arby's used to be outstanding -- efficient, accurate, fast and friendly. This past weekend, went for a takeout (only... drive-thru was open). Ordered 4 regular roast beef sandwiches and only received 2 packs of Arby's sauce and 2 packs of horseysauce, not nearly enough for 4 sandwiches. Disappointing. On the receipt, it even listed 4 packs of each. It should be standardto include 1 pack of Arby's sauce and 1 pack of horsey sauce per sandwich. Will have to check the bag when they hand it to usbefore leaving the drive-thru from now on. Shouldn't have to do that. Update: After providing feedback to Arby's, I wascontacted by the manager and offered a free meal. Corporate also mailed me a couple vouchers. Read more
Tried the hushpuppy breaded fish strips today. OMG! FANTASTIC! I hope this can become a regular menu item, they were delicious.... I'd definitely buy them again. I got a 5 pc and a 3 pc, both just the fish strips (not meal). I was full after eating them andSTILL craved more, they tasted that good! Read more
This Arbys gave me my regular roast beef sandwich and fries without any arbys sauce or ketchup. They didn?t ask so I assumed it... would be in the bag-NOPE! This location is not open inside,they were drive through only and the drive-through has a longline. Now I?m new to the Milwaukee area so maybe I?m not up to date on how things are in the Midwest. I think you should haveat least offered me ketchup for my fries. In Texas where I?m from they would have at least offered me that and given me thechance to get ketchup. Read more
I used to love Arby?s! But unfortunately the last couple dozen times I tried to eat at the Waukesha or New Berlin restaurants?... dining room is always closed! Sorry I don?t want to eat in my car? open up your dining rooms! I don?t even try anymore? I justgo somewhere else! Read more
Got Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich, curly fries, Coke and the ever so amazing Orange Dream shake...was fantastic! I didn't go in,... so I can't rate the atmosphere fairly. But, just from looking in as driving past, it seemed clean. Read more
The new deluxe hamburger was really tasty! The menu says cooked medium-well. Medium would have been better....a little pink... would have been good. The sauce had an unexpected little kick to it. It overpowered the meat and toppings. I'll get the sauce onthe side next time. Curly fries were very hot and fresh. All in all a very nice meal. Read more

This place is hit or miss, can't tell if it is open or not because at night there are no lights on in the store lobby and... dinning area or lot. Customer service at the drive thru was like seeing a zombie passing your food????pretty depressing. Read more
