Prices on the menu do NOT match the price you are charged. For example the brown sugar cold brew is advertised at $3 for a... medium. I get to the window and am told the total is close to $5! I mentioned that the menu advertising says $3 with tax thatwould be $3.16. Staff said the prices went up. But you?re still advertising for the lower price! Come on Dunkin?s do better. Read more
Lied about that coffee they made for us. I asked for a decaf Americano she rang up as regular Americano and once I saw the... receipt and it was not decaf and asked if it was the girl who made it lied to us. This place is getting increasingly worse, one girl there doesn?t listen to orders at all and messes it up every time. Went to pick up my drink via drive thru tonight. Pulled up to the window and the person tells me they've never had decaf... espresso. So she just made it regular. She said the MANAGER even said there's never been decaf espresso available here?! I findthat hard to believe.
