There was a huge line when we walked in. We waited for 20 minutes. They also told us they were almost out of bread. We finally... get to the front and they start to fill online orders and make us wait while they fill 2 large orders and as I watch them runout of bread. I told the manager we were waiting for awhile. He said it will be a bit longer. We walked out. As we left hesaid "that's fine!" It's fine you have terrible customer service? This place has amazing service? John was so kind and fast at his work even when it was the entire college team that got... sandwiches. They worked fast and efficiently and were very fast with what they had and not many people working. I know they hada lunch rush and ran out of bread but they were accommodating with suggesting wraps and bowls. Great place to go! Read more
The subs are really good! I get chips and a bottle of water with mine. You can order ahead and pick up your order in store. My... complaint: I have not been able to get the Jersey Mike's phone app to work. The texted validation code is never accepted. Italways says there is an error, try again in a few minutes. I only eat Cheese Steak subs at Cousins subs. I have done this for 50 years. When I found myself near this Jersey Mike?s I... thought, I have never eaten at one. So, I go in and found a whole menu on cheese steaks. So, me, being the wise guy, said I onlyeat Cheese steak subs at Cousins. We laughed and the gentleman made my sub and said this was the best one he had made all day. Iget home and took my first bit. WOW!! It is by far the best cheese steak sub I have ever had!! My family was turned away from another establishment, because our party was too big who knew that an infant and toddler can... cause the wait staff so many issues. ???? Any how we walked a few feet across the lot and the staff at Jersey Mike's waswonderful they even apologized for what their neighbors did. Our food was delicious and my family had a wonderful time. I go here at least 3 times a week. They are close to my employer...the crew knows exactly how I get my sub and they are always... kind and respectful and so very fast. #13 Mike's Way extra wet...Mayo, pickles and relish...If I could give them 10 stars ???? Hubby loves Jersey Mike's but I have never been to one before. Food was amazing and they have PEPSI!! Would have been 5 stars if... EVERY SINGLE table in there wasn't dirty. Only one other family was there so we picked the least dirty table. Saw at least 3people working and not one came out to wipe down the tables while we were there for about 40 minutes :/ Read more
