ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!! Service, and food was wrong. Called ahead for pick up, waited a half hour went up there and they were all... cuddled in the back room trying to figure out who's food was who's. After another 20 mins of waiting, and absolutely NO APOLOGYfrom anyone. We expect there to be a wait. They tore all of them open to see what was in them. And didn't even get what weordered aside from the sides. We expressed why we were upset and looked at the food and saw that it was torn open and never evensaid "im sorry". The cashier rolled her eyes and didn't have a care in the world, it was just disrespectful and rude. I willpersonally never be going there again, and it's really sad that a waukesha staple has been going down hill, and continues to getworse. Read more

Love the fried Ponza Rottas aka fried calzones. Cheese bread was good too. Order ahead if you don't want a long wait. Will be... back soon. Read more

Possibly the worst pizza I've ever had. The crust actually tastes and feels a bit like cardboard. The crust has these weird... crimped edges and it is thin in a bad way. It is also a little burned. The cheese has no pull at all and very little flavor. Ipaid like $1.80 per topping and there are not even many toppings. Garlic bread was also bad and overcooked. The place bragsabout their ponza rotta (basically a deep fried calzone), but considering they can't even get the pizza right, I have nointerest in trying anything else. Save your money and just buy a frozen pizza. Read more

Order is always hot and fresh. Had the best ponza ever, tonight. Perfect amount of cheese, meat and sauce. My son loves the hot... dogs. Sometimes there?s a long wait time, but well worth it. Read more

At first glance it's a true dive. Right when we walked in we were greeted and our orders taken. Food wait was 25 minutes. I got... the deluxe ponza no olives. It was amazing to say the least and the man behind the counter was very courteous. Read more

I wished I lived closer. The food was well worth the 1.5 hour drive! The locals will willingly help you with questions and even... tell you stories about the restaurants original owners and their family. This place makes me miss small town friendliness. Read more

I normally order ponza?s from this place but I decided to be a little adventurous and try something new. I have to say, this is... the best burger I have ever had! It was very well made. The friend raviolis are dangerously delicious, wow! Read more
