Terrible customer service. There wasn?t anyone in the restaurant, I was standing at the counter for over 5 min. The employees... looked at my daughter and myself and kept talking and laughing amongst themselves. So where do I start I went here 2 days in a row and both days they took over 10minutes for 2 burritos breakfast combo. There... wasn't anyone in line in front of me except of today and she was waiting so long she decided to leave after she paid becauseshe could wait any longer for her food when I got up there my order was sitting there getting cold along with 3 or 4 other orderbehind me. I got my food when I got to the window but I had to wait 3 minutes for a soda!!! Also my food was soo bad I threw itout because the tortillas where so dried out it was like they where made over a week ago . Overall pretty poor experience here. Dining room often closes at random hours. The facility is nice and updated but is generally... fairly dirty and not paid attention to. The play area is great for the kids. Fries have always been cold/old and usually willmiss one or more things on the order. Pretty lackluster, looks like they are lacking reasonable staff and could use a firmermanager. The quarter pounder with cheese was so greasy, the bun fell apart. I let the staff know how greasy the sandwich was and declined... a new sandwich. I heard a couple of employees laughing saying "too greasy." A employee brought another quarter pounder withcheese. I took one bite and dumped the sandwich and fries in the garbage. I had not been to a McDonalds for about 5 years. Iwill never go back. Expensive and awful food. Read more
Just ate here, or should I say wasted my money here. I ordered a simple cheeseburger with ketchup only and a medium Dr.Pepper.... First I pull up and pay which never was offered a receipt, no biggie. Pull up to get my food and my drink, my drink was roomtemp, no ice, and flat as hell. Then I checked my food (which I pulled away) and of course the burger is fully loaded. This isthe third time this has happened to me at this location, I will gladly drive the extra 6 minutes to the better McDonald?s downthe road. If you can?t fill a fresh drink with ice then you?re not in the right place. Read more
Forgot French fries, forgot bbq sauce, spicy chicken sandwich was burnt and had virtually nothing on it.
Nice building and decor, indoor playground for the kids. The manager did not seem to have very competent help, when we went to... sit down almost all the tables were dirty, and a fry or two on the floor and a napkin or two. We heard two people come back tothe counter complaining their order was messed up. Are these ceiling lights all burned out? Read more
20 minutes waiting for a Big Mac meal in the drive thru. They STILL got the order wrong and when my husband went in to have it... corrected and told them of giving us someone else?s order, manager said my husband was being rude.
