11/13- made the mistake of coming back at night. Food was made incorrectly, and service was worse than poor. They dont check... anything in the drivethru. I don't know if the staff is high, or brand new with zero training, or if this is the new standard.It must be torture to try to care working on that shift bc it seems like pure chaos. Friday Oct 7, 2022. We got to McDonald's on Silvernail around 7:00 pm. The door was locked, even though the sign said the lobby... was open until 9. I asked a customer coming out, they said there was a problem with the machine, so they can't take ordersinside, but the drive thru was open. I called the store, and got a vague answer of "we don't have enough people, two people leftwithout telling anyone, I'm trying to get more people to come in, but we're closed until we do." I talked to a customer in theparking lot, who told me the worker in the drive thru said they didn't feel like taking any more orders, so they were closed. 3different stories, but whatever the reason, I had to take my disappointed son somewhere else because it was closed hours beforeit should have been. Some employees are good. The girl with black is a good person. Two managers Brooke and Alex are literal SA apologists, they have... let creepy men flirt and touch girls (most of which are underage) without consequences. They let them go freely and even ask ifthey come again to work. Read more
Attempted calling twice at 10:30 pm when the website and app says they are open until midnight. I called to confirm if they... were open because this happens with so many mcdonalds. No one answered either times, was on a time crunch and didn't want towaste my time driving there only for the drive thru to be closed Read more
Tried to order through drive thru an hour before close. Sat at the drive thru for 10 min, as did another car with no response.... Drove around the building and saw staff sitting down inside talking. Drove around again and tried calling. No answer.Disappointed. Read more
Very inconsistent in almost all aspects. Food quality/newness, hours of operation, friendliness of staff, speed of service,... order accuracy, and cleanliness are all subject to luck. When they?re great, they?re really great all the way around.Unfortunately that?s not the norm. Mediocrity is the norm. And then other times are just laughably terrible. There?s definitelya possibility that you will pull up to the drive thru speaker and be completely ignored. You may not get the modifications youordered even though they rang it up correctly (ie no ice, extra Mac sauce, no pickles, etc). If it?s later in the day and you goinside, good luck getting anyone?s attention. I don?t ask for much out of fast food places. I don?t even want the fake customerservice smile and forced tone-of-voice. I just want them to not go out of the way to ignore customers. And you may or may notfind that here. Do better, Silvernail McDs. Other locations in a ten mile radius are more consistent. Follow their lead. Read more
I honestly only come to this McDonald?s due to the convenience of location. I?m usually dreading the attitude I know I?m... guaranteed to receive in the mornings when going through the drive through. BUT food usually comes out decent and good timing. Read more
