Slow drive thru but friendly workers. Their food is garbage still but if you're not picky it should suffice

This specific McDonald's location is going downhill every year. The staff gets replaced by only more rude ones. The lobby is... always closed and at random times. They mess orders very often - so ALWAYS check your bags! They short on everything they canget away. Already filled several complains about this location and they seem to only get worse. There are other McDonald'slocations in Waukesha that do not have so many issues. Who owns this specific location? Why you let that happen? Read more
(10/12, I have just recently visited this restaurant, and they gave me 2 extra hash browns to cope with my previous experience.... For that, they get an extra star. ????) Well, it?s NFL Sunday again, and just as I was locked into the heat of battle?hungerhit me. ?it hit me HARD. So, I pick up my phone, and my McDonalds preferred customer app just told me (I get coups) that it?sNational Cheeseburger Day. So, I said hey, LET?S CELEBRATE! ???????? So as I?m about to leave with my free double cheese, Icheck my bag and?THEY SHORTED ME ON FRIES. Gave me a Medium. I clearly asked for a large, and apparently a large Coke is all Iget? As you know, one no longer goes to the counter to make an order. It is now all done through a kiosk. It is difficult to order... exactly what you want. It is even more difficult to order specials. The management does not supervise the employees well. Thereis a lot of playtime between the employees which bothers me because it takes longer to get your food and on too many occasions Igot what I did not order. Read more
Cold stale fries and slow service. Thought I would give this location a chance to improve but they proved me wrong. Consistently... one of the worst McDonald's in the area, only marginally ahead of the one on 124th st. Won't be back here again. Read more
Ordered big mac with large fries (no salt) and 3 cookies. The fries came out fresh and still very hot. The cookies were nice... and warm. Good experience overall. Read more
This just might be my best experience at a McDonald's in quite some time. We ordered at the kiosk, took our number and sat down.... The food did take awhile, but the fries were actually fresh and hot. My son and I didn't realize that you are able to grab yourown cup after ordering but the girl who brought out the food said no problem she would grab them for us.
