Went here as a DoorDasher. This place was the final straw that made me no longer DoorDash in Waukesha. Get to the order box and... tell them the number for the customer's order. They say 'ok pull forward'. After 15 minutes of stillness, and some screaming Ican hear up ahead, I get to the second window and have to tell them the order number a second time. They say they somehow stillneed to make the order and that I need to park up front to wait for it. The order is only 4 sandwiches and a large fry. Iproceeded to wait 10 minutes. Guy from window 2 comes outside with nothing in hand asking for the order number a third time.???? Runs in, comes back out 4 minutes later with the order. Bag is wide open, not stickered shut like it should be forDoorDash. Thankfully that helped me know that it was correct before delivering, but there is protocol for a reason. If youorder DoorDash in Waukesha (Specifically McDonald's anywhere seems like a big culprit of this type of situation), and the ordergets canceled, just know your driver probably tried. Read more
Came during the morning to get some work done while my car is in the shop. Positives: It was pretty quiet and the staff was... friendly. There was also a song playing that I remember from Fallout NV. Negatives: Crumbs on tables, uncomfortable seating,bottom of tables are sticky, napkin dispenser was empty, my cappuccino was disappointing, the Wi-Fi gave my laptop a securityalert, and there is nowhere convenient to plug in a laptop. The food here is normally pretty good. Service can be a little slow at times if there's more than just a few cars in the... drive-thru though. The customer service here is just terrible, hence 3 stars. I just now went through the drive-thru and passedby both windows without anybody saying a word to me. First person just took my card and handed me my receipt. Then the nextperson opened the window, handed me my food, and just closed the window without making sure there was nothing else i needed.Like the ketchup for fries. Not a single word. Just terrible. It?s honestly not that bad. The service is the only thing that bugs me, but it?s usually very busy when the service is slow. My... food has always been good except for the old and stale chicken nuggets I get. Overall good experiences. Read more
I received poor service from the staff twice in a row. Either the site is majorly unsupervised or the supervisor is also a part... of the problem. The first time I visited the lady was very polite and servers were down. Second time the kid sat on their phoneas I was holding out my card to pay for my food, then addressed me once they were done doing what they wanted. This third time,I pulled up to the next order screen (as the first one that had a note on it), no one answered even as I asked if someone wasthere. Someone else pulls up behind me and they take his order at the first order screen, I was never addressed. As I pulledaway, none of the staff are at the windows and are hiding where you can?t immediately see them. Kudos to the first lady thatserved me, hopefully she can be an example to the other workers. We ordered 3 items...2 regular chicken sandwiches and fries. We got the spicy chicken which I don't like and the fries were... luke warm but at least they were fries. I remembered why I don't normally go here rarely do they get it right or good. Read more
I would give this place negative stars if I could. July 21st at 6:15 P.M went through the drive thru. The person taking orders... was so rude I couldn't believe it. She kept leaving while I was in the middle of ordering. They were out of coke. They forgot mysoda, they forgot cheese on my sandwich, they forgot the sauce for my 20 piece nuggets. Had a large "Happy Meal", the nuggets weren't crispy (maybe reheated) and the fries really didn't have much taste (no salt all).... I believe they aren't salting them anymore because they used to be super salty, but there should be a happy medium. I thought itwas super expensive at $11! Read more
