Ordered more than 40 dollars worth of food, gave a good tip and this is how it showed up. Do better.
We popped in for a couple of pizzas for 3 hungry boys + 2 adults after driving a couple hours (headed to Accelerate Indoor... Speedway nearby for a 16th birthday) and the food was great + the man working was sooo nice and helpful! Really appreciated him. Read more
If I could do no stars I would. They are thieves at this location. We ordered about an hour to close delivery and everything... went OK. Until it was taking longer than usual we called and was told the driver left 10 mins prior to phone call. It takesmaybe 4 mins to our apt from pizza hut. Then time passes and they close and we call and they don't answer. Drive there 15minafter close and not a sole in sight but they sure took our money. 36 and change and had us wait for an hour and then drive thereonly to find we were lied too. Read more
Very expensive for what we got. Medium pizza and 12 wings with one bottle of soda...almost 50 bucks. No inside service but... could eat in dining room. Water and soda machines were "down". Pizza was delicious. Had to pay additional .75 for ranch dipfor wings which were only OK. Cashier and cook were very pleasant...but waaaaay over priced for eat in no service. Wassurprised we didn't have to pay for a small take home box. We will stick with Papa Murphy's take and bake. Great coupons andmuch better price. Read more
The pizza was good as always. It was the delivery driver that made it not so good. First when he pulled my order out of the bag,... he managed to drop one of the order of sticks upside down on the ground. Then when I asked where my drinks were he lookedconfused, realized he forgot them, and said he would be back in 5 minutes (the Pizza Hut is not far from my place of business).It took him 20 minutes to bring me my drinks, at which point my store was closed for the night so he could not bring them insideto me. Instead of calling me to let me know he was there with my drinks, he left them outside my doors and left. I would havenever know they were there had it not been for one of my employees and my boss letting me know they thought they saw someonedrive up and then leave. If someone is delivering to a place a business and that business just happens to close by the time youcome back, but you notice a bunch of cars in the parking lot still and all the lights still, the least you could do is call.There?s always a phone number attached to an order. I ordered two large pizzas today from this place. When I got the pizza there were hairs, white/gray hairs. Take a look for... yourself. Unacceptable and plain dirty. When I called the location back, I was put on hold nearly 30 minutes. Read more
