Honestly this was such a good experience, I very last minute threw my son's birthday together. The staff was great the manager... Celina and our server Jasmine were so accommodating and welcoming. We played in the arcade for almost 3 hours all of the kidsand parents had a blast. It would have been a total bust if they hadn't so graciously helped me make it all happen in a snap. Came here with my son for his birthday a week ago and what started out rocky quickly became a very pleasant enjoyable night. Our... waiter was awesome. He was really busy but still took care of us just as good. He was our waiter awhile back last time we atethere and he actually remembered us. We were waiting awhile for our food and he must of seen my little one was getting fussycause he came up with a apple sauce and spoon for my son to snack on and occupy him until the food arrived. He told us the etafor our order and I could tell he genuinely cared about the situation. After the restaurant wasn't so busy and things weresettling down he brought out a brownie with a candle. Let me just start by saying the waitress was great. And the food was decent. But we waited for 1 hour 20 mins to get 5 burgers.... We were there 45 minutes past close because the kitchen decided to put our order last. 2 tables that arrived after us receivedtheir food 20 minutes before we got ours. On top of that, no form of compensation paid full price for everything includingthings that we ordered but didn’t receive. The waitress offered to discount her tip to compensate for the things we didn’treceive. Absolutely will not be returning. Read more
The food was great and our meals came out relatively fast but things took a turn for the worst when my niece ordered a dessert... and we waited 45 minutes for it to arrive. It took so much longer for the dessert than it did for all four of our meals and wehad to change the dessert for to-go as we had to be elsewhere. Our waitress, Megan was extremely friendly and helpful thoughand did her best as I could tell she was pretty booked with a lot of tables to serve. Overall the experience was good for thefood but the 45 minute wait for a simple cookie and ice cream was ridiculous. Read more
First time visitor from Texas and I wasn’t blown away. I had the Cheese Curds as an appetizer and they were good but portion... size was a bit disappointing. They were only 5.95 so I guess I shouldn’t expect a lot. The Point Burger with home made chipswas my entree choice. My opinion for the burger and chips was the same, better than average with great potential. The bun wastoasted very well however it was obviously prepared much earlier and the bread was stale, hard, and cold. The meat patty wascooked and seasoned perfectly so the flavor of the over all burger earned this visit a couple stars. Chips, exact same remark,fried well, a tad greasy but cold and prepared much earlier. They don’t serve Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi is terrible so I wasforced to try the Diet Root Beer and It was very good, would have ordered more but it’s bottled and a shocking 3.45 perbottle. WOW. So water it was, which I hate. Lastly, service was horrible. The restaurant was mostly empty right at 5 so I wasseated immediately. I sat alone in my booth for almost 25 min when the waiter passed by and told me sorry he didn’t see mesitting there. He took my order, brought cheese curds fairly quick but no silverware or napkins. He finally returned with theburger thirty minutes later and I asked for napkins and water. He returned 20 min later with water for the next table, askedagain for napkins and water and he said ok…came back right away with water…no napkins. I finished the burger with no napkinsbut he was really quick with the bill, took my card and never came back. I caught him 20 min later and asked for my card hesaid “ Woops got caught up” not even sorry. I left @ 640 after a 5 pm arrival. Not sure I will come back, this place haslots of potential but needs some work. Read more
This place has the best alcoholic shakes I have EVER had. Caramel Apple is my favorite. Of course, Point Brewery is one of the... best out there, so everything on tap is great. Burgers can be a little expensive for what they are, but they're alwaysdelicious. Not to mention, the attached arcade makes this place perfect for date night ?????? Love to hit this place duringhappy hour for $3 taps. Read more
The mozzarella sticks are awesome, the chili cheese fries are tasty and the BBQ boneless bites are tasty. The cheese curds were... ok. Definitely going back to try other stuff Read more
