Went there two months ago after a few months of not going t Qudoba and it seemed like my portions were small. I thought okay its... post covid that's how it is for places now, save cost cut portions. I usually come here pretty often and am typically very satisfied with the portion sizes. But today, I feel I did not get what I... paid $15 for. The bowl was not filled all the way at all and there was hardly any rice in it at all. I also ordered chips &queso and normally the queso cup is filled all the way, however today I received it only half filled. Very disappointed. Read more
I was only sad cause the Dr. Pepper was out and I love that soda with my lunch they did write a note that said the Dr. was out... so it made me laugh and not be too upset about my lunch tried the new line shrimp in tacos they we so good. Read more
Good food, staff is usually friendly. One of them was a little rude because I asked for mixed beans and mixed rice and he rolled... his eyes and said something a little snarky. I get that it's the food industry but it rubbed me the wrong way. I wish the foodwas warmer too. Read more
I really enjoy Qdoba. Their flavors are excellent and the opportunities to customize your meal are plentiful. The portions are... also quite generous, filling up my 6'2" 15 year old son, which is quite the accomplishment. Parking is plentiful in theagreement shared lot. Very kid friendly, and options to be meatfull or meatless with your meal. Read more
And here i thought my glove and mask experience was a fluke. Seems not look at other reviews. Your in store signage says... employees will wear masks and gloves. Not all of them are. Also, someone is coughing behind the lines... so, that's notcool. The older gentleman, who was masked and gloved thankfully, swearing in front of customers by how busy it was. Food wasdecent, just everything seemed very unprofessional. I'm honestly more concerned about the safety elements. Its FOOD. Read more
Let me start off by saying that we visit this Qdoba fairly regularly, at least 4 times per month, and this experience was really... disappointing. I have attached a couple photos because words don't do it justice. Let me also say that we should've saidsomething while we were still in the store, but we chose not to, that was our mistake. These 2 bowls were made, side by side,by 2 different employees. Both had full portion double meat, queso, several salsa toppings, and cheese. The only difference isone has beans and one does not. While we understand that not every bowl is going to be the same, there should be SOME level ofconsistency. My boyfriend asked for double rice, because he doesn't eat beans, and he maybe got the equivalent of one regularportion of rice. We have zero issues paying for extra toppings but if you're going to charge for double meat, etc. and spend $12per bowl, at least make it worth our while. We did call and speak with the manager who was apologetic, but if an employee is newand in training, one would think you'd have a preceptor watching over things to ensure it's done correctly. Nice staff, and very fast service. Order was made quickly and correctly. Store was clean, and very well lit. Nice location. Only... thing I would say is it seemed the room was chilly, one of the staff was a wearing a jacket. Dont know if they were havingissues, or not. Read more
