Would give zero stars. Have been having Scrimas from Woodmans for years. This weekend we got some ham. My son and mother-in-law... were the only ones to eat it and got extremely sick. My mother-in-law had to be transferred to the hospital where she wasdiagnosed with a viral staph infection, a common type of food poisoning. We contacted Scrimas to have Joe Scrima himself callback. He was extremely rude claiming in all his years this has never happened. No concern. He told us to drop off an officialcomplaint and maybe his insurance will help. He didn't care. I work with food and I am ServSafe certified by the State ofWisconsin and this is complete garbage. Food poisoning can kill someone and the slightest thing can taint food. Sometimes slipups happen, its human nature. However arguing and showing no concern for a customer you got sick is bad business. I will nevershop Scrimas again and will spread the word. Read more

Scrima's Pizza is Not Just Pizza!!!  We contracted Scrima's to Cater My Daughter's Wedding and Joe Scrima Himself took care of... Our Special Day!  I gave Scrima's a 5 Star Review because the Food and Service was Outstanding! The Buffet included FlavorfulChicken, "Homemade" Italian Sausage Sliders (Delicious), Gluten Free Pasta Salad, Potatoes and a Healthy Organic Spring MixSalad.  Now, the Dessert Table... There were at least 8 Desserts to choose from and My Personal Favorite was the CannoliDessert.  The texture was soft in the middle and crunchy (with chocolate) on the outside - Absolutely Wonderful! At 10 p.m. weasked to have them bring out the Woodfire Pizzas and our expectations continued to be exceeded!  The minute a pizza was placedon the table, it was gone!  There were several different types of pizza (Pepperoni, Deluxe, Sausage and Cheese) and all of theguests enjoyed every one of them!  The crust on the Pizza was crisp, flavorful and chewy and the toppings were well seasonedand paired well together. Best authentic Italian pizza. For an extra special treat, go to the Waukasha Farmer's Market where they have a wood burning... oven at their booth. Order the Breakfast Pizza....sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs with a homemade Alfredo sauce. Delicious!!! Read more
