It is a nice quiet place to enjoy your coffee and people-watch. The staff is great. The baristas know what they are doing and... make the drink the way you want to perfection. Good selection of various sundries to buy. Do not expect a lot of seating,though. It looks to me that they took a lot of seats out of the store. I have no idea why. But at least there is seating. A sadthing for me is that so many Starbucks now are standing room only. Read more
The employees are always friendly and personable. My cats and dog just go for the pup cup.

I literally just love this Location. Even though it's Not an actual Starbucks Location. They have what I love lol & they are... always Nice. EVEN when I see them getting "Slammed" with customers. (They usually only have 2 max staff at a time.) BUT theydefinitely get you through the line, with patience and respect. I'm there at least once a week. Lol see u next week. ;) Read more
This is the second time at this location I have had a bad experience! Yesterday was the worse!! There was only one employee... working on the day after Christmas so I was being very patient but it took 34 minutes to get my drink with only 4 people infront of me! I had to wait even longer after two people after me ordered had received their drink! When I finally got my drinksit was made wrong! I ordered 2 crème brûlée and received 2 peppermint mocha! I asked for a refund but was told they can?t butthey can remake my drink! I did not want to wait any longer so I had to go to service desk to ask for a refund! NEVER will I beback! Read more

What a disappointment. Only one person working. Long line. I feel sorry for that one girl working. Not her fault. I just... want black coffee and this is not the place for that.
