Placed an order for pickup off the Subway app for a tuna salad- salad today. My order was ready promptly. When I walked into the... door the store looked very clean and I was greeted by both the gentleman working! My order was on the pickup shelf waiting forme. They let me know the dressing had changed so they had placed it in cups on the side for me to try- I was very impressed bythe thought that went into that small step. Very much appreciated on my end. Grabbed my salad and my lemonade from the coolerwhere it was staying cold. The receipt taped to my order had a hand written message of ?have a good day? that one of thegentleman took the time to write. Another small thing that was noticed and did not go unappreciated. I will be sure to enjoy mylunch and the experience I received from this subway! The employees there seems to have an awesome understanding of customerservice and previously working in food service I can appreciate the little things they did for me and my order. I am here to right a wrong made by a relative who picked a verbal fight with the staff, the gentlemen handled it well... considering the circumstances. Overall, grandma was a jerk, and the guys were wonderful. Highly recommend this Subway location. Read more
