Most nights there are only 2 workers so be prepared for sitting in line on average 20 minutes or longer. I've experienced... missing food, and items made wrong on multiple occasions. This last time they failed to put MEAT in my crunch wrap supreme! Theynever gave me a receipt either so I couldn't make a formal complaint to corporate or do a receipt rating. But I can at leastgive a Google rating and show a picture of one of their mess ups. Read more
I was at this location a week ago. There is some horrible burnt fryer smell that stunk up the whole house. The Mexican pizzas... were inedible. We ordered tacos and Mexican pizzas. I don't know the process of making this food, but the tacos were completelyfine, and the Mexican pizzas were hoooooorrrible tasting. It must have been the flat tostada shell? Because it tastes like theywere fried in some kind of plastic infused burnt oil. If it wasn't the shell, it was somehow something else, but I can tell youit was inedible. Burned, oily, awful. The employees are always nice! They have a tough job, but I think uppermanagement/ownership needs to do their part in supervising and quality control. Read more
I went there between 6:30pm and 7:00pm on a Thursday and went in to order. The woman at the registers rudely told us we'd have... to use the kiosks to order. I heard her say something about finishing mopping the floors but then she disappeared. I don't knowif there was some sort of augment among the staff before we got there but the atmosphere was VERY uncomfortable. They locked thedoors so nobody else could come in but this was before 7pm and according to their posted hours should have remained open forseveral more hours. Needless to say, we ordered and got out of there as quickly as we could. I definitely will be avoiding thislocation. Read more
No cars before us and wait 45 minutes for food. Absolutely ridiculous! Called because of the extreme wait and was told by the... manager that I was making the wait longer and that they had more important orders before mine. I am seriously telling everyoneto avoid this establishment. On top of 45 minute wait, the orderwas completely wrong! Did'nt even get what we ordered! The food is ok. I'll give credit to the lady in the night shift with the piercings that shift will make it happen when its busy... af with staff short af... stay cool we get it... its busy af just keep the food coming lol.... Read more

I was surprised they asked for your name to announce orders. It was nice and made me feel like a person then a number. They even... had a oval cystal bowl on the counter full of peppermints. Service was polite, looked professional and not tried like theydidn't want to be there. Read more
