I did a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru and I sat in line for 25 minutes!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS. There were only TWO... cars ahead of me. I would?ve just drove away but I was trapped in the lane. When I finally got to the window the worker didn?teven apologize for the insanely long wait. Literally the slowest taco bell in existence. Ordered online, waited trapped in the drive through for over an hour, only to be... told to pull around. My order "disappeared " from the board conveniently and they had to take a picture of my order from myphone to make it. Waited another 20 minutes for them to make it.
