I did a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru and I sat in line for 25 minutes!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS. There were only TWO... cars ahead of me. I would?ve just drove away but I was trapped in the lane. When I finally got to the window the worker didn?teven apologize for the insanely long wait. Ok, this Taco Bell is kind off a bitter sweet situation. The reason I say this is because they got my order right but, it took... half of my lunch break to get it. So if you're looking for fast service I wouldn't stop there but, if time is not an issue thenhave at it!! ???? Read more
I love this taco bell. Even though they sometimes forget to add that magic mild sauce in my bag, I love the burritos and nachos.... My go to spot for fast food. The service is slow sometimes, but it really just depends on the time you go. Read more
I was just there today at lunchtime - the drive thru line was long so I went in. There were literally only 2 people working... there - one young lady was doing the drive thru and one young lady was making ALL of the food. They were doing the best thatthey could and I told them they were doing a good job. If anyone wants to complain then make food at your own home - 2 PEOPLEWORKING!!!! The stress they must be under is incredible - hope they're making decent money but you couldn't pay me enough to doit! Folks, either have patience with the workers or eat at home - we/and they don't need your negativity and without thecomplainers it would make the lines less long for the people that appreciate the workers. Literally the slowest taco bell in existence. Ordered online, waited trapped in the drive through for over an hour, only to be... told to pull around. My order "disappeared " from the board conveniently and they had to take a picture of my order from myphone to make it. Waited another 20 minutes for them to make it.
