EVERY pizza we?ve ever ordered has been wrong in some way. We ordered a supreme pizza with extra cheese and got an extra cheese... pizza TWICE in the same night they messed up the same pizza TWICE then they just threw cold uncooked veggies on the same pizzathat had been already brought down two separate times that night. Needless to say that pizza went in the trash were it belonged.Then tonight they have us a taco taco with NO toppings. No cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, or chips! When I brought that back in theyjust threw the topping on and gave it back and so many toppings the box wouldn?t even close. We had to reheat the pizza when wegot home which made it soggy and these leftovers are also going in the trash. There were three people THREE in that kitchen andno one noticed a TACO pizza had no toppings?! Such a JOKE!! I?d rather buy a frozen pizza from Kwik star than order anotherpizza with Casey?s. I honestly have to say, my mom is the beat employee!!! She makes the best pizzas and subs!! Ask for Bonnie Schomacker!!
Decent service and prices, I have found that they are cleaner than Kwik Star in Waukon. Sometimes they also have cheaper gas... prices. Read more
Pizza delivery is always hot and delicious. Any mistakes they've made they have been quick to make it right. They are pleasant... in the early mornings when I am in for coffee as well. There are times though when there is a long line of people at the cashregister, and only one cashier but 3-4 people standing behind the counter or in the kitchen gossiping. That has happened only afew times and the rest of my experiences have been stellar. Read more
Called Waukon Iowa Casey's for take out pizza, ask the price of ultimate pepperoni and was told $9.99 each , ordered 3 and 1... sausage, when I picked them up the price changed to $15.99 , I had enough box tops for 2 free pizza's and I still had to pay aadditional $29 + change. Strongly recommend not patronizing this business. Read more
