The absolute worse Burger King I?ve ever ordered from. I?ve lived on the kp for about 6 years and I?ve only ever had one order... that was done right. People try to defend this place saying it?s short staff that trust me it?s been full of employees and stilleverything was wrong. Hour long wait time locked into your place in line, overcooked or old food and on top of all that the foodyou do get is wrong all together. I am local to the Key Peninsula. I am a veteran I am a homeowner. I use the BK App to order my food. In the last 30 days, I... found this location closed when the app says it open on several occasions. I have had to contact BK corp twice to get my moneyrefunded to me after ordering on the app. On November 23rd, I ordered my food on the app only to learn Burger King in Wauna was100% out of whopper meat. In the past, I have ordered several items to only learn they were completely out of the item ordered.Then have to negotiate with the drive thru to adequately compensate me for a replacement item. This is not the proper level ofservice we expect from a Burger King. They lack the proper number of staff during the great resignation and the necessarysupplies to run this business properly to achieve the level of service we deserve for our dollars. The manager is a greathearted lady! Good people need to be given the proper tools for success. BK needs to find out what exactly is going on at thislocation with a trouble shooter from corporate. Went through the drive through, and they accidentally made the wrong sandwich for me. An easy mistake to make, especially with... how I ordered it. (Royal chicken with swiss and bacon, but I ordered the regular royal chicken first) Their drive through wasvery busy, so I called and asked if I could meet them at the door. I got a brand new, fresh outta the fryer sandwich, and theywere deeply apologetic. Great staff, working hard, with excellent customer service! Whatever they're making per hour, double it!Truly a wonderful staff!! Also, note to self: do not eat a fresh outta the fryer chicken sandwich right away. My tongue hurts!!LOL!! Read more

Staff was pleasant, food like any other fast food place; quick, convenient, filling, and always expensive lol. But their wifi... was horrible. Couldn't get good enough service to stay connected longer than a few minutes at a time. Very frustrating! Read more

No dine in Wait line was long, but can be expected as there's one person running the whole drive thru and maybe two others who... are cooks. Pretty busy place but I can see why. Convenient location next to Dollar tree and other places in strip mall typesetting. Read more

I came through the drive thru with a huge order for my family. The lady who took our order checked and double-checked to make... sure all our alterations were met (picky eaters at home). I left impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail.Bravo BK team! Read more

Awful!!! Avoid if you can! It?s slow, and they will mess up your order every time. I know, it?s just food, so if I dont like I... can go somewhere else.. but it?s a small town and it?s close so I really try and give them a chance. But every time, literallyevery time, they mess up the order. Sometimes, missing several items. This last time, I ordered a double whopper and substitutedstacker sauce. The manager, who took my order, was thorough and repeated my order, making sure it was just perfect.. then I pullup, pay, get food (after waiting a very long time lol).. get home and find it?s a completely different burger with nothingsubstituted.. I call them back and I hear the gall that gave me the food answer, so I ask to speak to the manager, and she liesand says she is the manager. I called her out and said, please hand the phone to the real manager, I know he?s there I saw himwhen I was there.. she just mumbled and handed the phone to him.. and of course, no accountability, he blamed the kids workingin the back and didn?t even try to offer to make it right. At this point, I keep going back just to see what new ways they can disappoint me. They're out of croissants. They're out of... biscuits. Their ice cream machine doesn't work. No slushies today. They can't print my receipt. The lobby isn't open. They'reclosed early. I ordered a sausage burrito.. There's no sausage on it when I get it.
