I tried to pick up donuts Saturday morning about 7:15 on the 23rd of October and the store was locked. Looking at 2 employees... standing there I called the store to see if they were going to open?.not sure what they were doing but apparently they were toobusy to get the phone ;) After trying to get in the building and then calling the place I wasn?t going to waste any more timeseeing if the drive through was open. I just headed down the street to Kwik Trip where there?s always excellent coffee, donuts,breakfast sandwiches and even better service! Read more
We were there around 10am and they were out of about 95% of varieties. There appeared to be no one working on making more... donuts. Service was slow and we ended up with a handful of donut holes. I will certainly not waste my time going to thisDunkin again. Avoid it! Read more
I went on Monday for breakfast and they didn?t have the Halloween donuts yet. They offered to make them special for me to take... to work Wednesday! Great customer service, and great donuts! The spiders are always such a hit! Read more
It's fine. It only gets business because they're aren't any other coffee drive thru joints in Waunakee. I ordered a medium latte... today. It was immediately handed to me after I paid. It was room temperature. They rushed it and didn't finish steaming themilk. My wife recently had an awkward experience too. She went through the drive thru and ordered bagel bites. They rushed herorder through, and the staff clapped at the window guy when she received her order. Her food was frozen in the center. I thinkthey are getting pressure from corporate to lower drive thru ticket times, and it is absolutely showing. Lukewarm coffee andhalf cooked food shows that you are rushing. Read more
Stopped to grab me a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Cream Cheese and toasted. It was the worst bagel I ever got there. I couldn't... believe they thought this bagel looked good. It didn't taste like they toasted it and very little cream cheese. I will thinktwice about getting a bagel there again. Read more
The worse coffee maker ever. Please don?t go hear. The place is being worked by obvious drug addicts . Sandwich was thrown in... the bag! In fact I basically made the sandwich all they did was put the ingredients in the bag - Coffee wasn?t mixed at all andlook unpresentable. Not only are all the employees simply stupid, they have no respect for any customer that comes in. Drinks and food are almost... always made wrong but the slight chance that they are correct, they taste old and unmixed. Finding an entire new staff or justclosing down in general may be the best options if this company wants to gain any new clientele. Read more
Worst place ever. Placed an order for two dozen donuts and then I get there 25 minutes later to find out they have no donuts. ... Asked for refund and they told me no and I would have to figure it out online. Don't know who owns this place but suggest youget better managers to fun your place. I did get a have a nice day...with not donuts. Read more
