I had a catering order for about 40 people, and Noodles knocked it out of the park! Joe called me the day before the order to... confirm details with me. The food was ready on time, packaged nicely, and was hot and delicious! I will definitely use theircatering option again, and am so glad they're in Waunakee! Read more

I?ve ordered twice from this location and both times my order has been incorrect. Both times I was told that they?ll just refund... my money. It?s not about the money, it?s about following simple instructions and giving what?s ordered. First time, there was nochicken in my Alfredo MontAmore. Second time, there was shrimp instead of chicken. Although I?m 2 minutes away and it?sconvenient, I?ll probably just to West. Get it together, jeez! Read more

Ordered take out for Covid friendly two family gathering. The meals were not warm, lacked sauce and flavor, the avocado was... brown (understand oxidation, but it was immediately brown and probably was sitting all day long, tofu and chicken were alsomissing that we were charged for). Haven?t been to noodles & co in a few years, and had reasonable expectations for a brand newlocation that was a complete let down. I don?t see our families ever returning to this location. It was a waste of $50. edit: ireached out to the store and was able to get a refund - great retroactive service, but still will say this is very much a bummermeal from a waunakee restaurant. I placed an order 20 minutes until close and my driver canceled? they still managed to pass the food off to the new driver... beyond close and I greatest appreciate it. 10/10 Read more

Just want those of you giving one star reviews to be aware that this location is very new and on top of the labor shortage that... some of us are aware of, there are going to be delays and mistakes being made for the first few months. Be patient with thesepeople and try to put yourself in their shoes. They are doing the best they can and are still figuring things out. If you wantyour food warm and on time then make it yourself. Placed an online order for pickup window. Email said it'd be ready at 7:10. At 7:15 I was told go wait another 10 minutes and... come back. At 7:25 I get to the window and wait another 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there with 5 cars behind mewaiting. The employee picks up a bag that's been sitting there the entire time and tries to hand it to me with no explanation orapology. Over a half hour after the order should have been ready, I canceled the cold order. Worst possible experience! Read more

Call the order when did the gluten-free item need to talk to manager was put on hold and then rerouted with the initial ordering... process starting back over talked to a second person he said it would all be ready when we arrived we arrived we pay for it andthen they said they started making it now it?s about 20 minutes later and we still don?t have our food.
