so this is the third time we?ve called at 7:15 and 7:30 and no one will answer the phone.we live 2 mins away so decide to go... there. The first time they made my son wait in line for10 mins than would not take his order. They are rude on the phone, hangup on us and just seem lazy towards the end of the night.If you can?t handle people and are just watching the clock till closingtime and hurrying people than you should not be working in customer service?..This is not ok behavior ???? I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Ive worked in customer service for 14 years and always treat customer service works... with respect. However, thus was my worst customer service interaction ever. Ordering online is an absolute waste of time. Ourfirst order wasn't confirmed on our end so we sent a second order only to then find out both orders were accepted. We called thestore and they told us they couldn't refund us or cancel one of the orders because "they just couldn't" but they would give us afree pizza coupon we could use next time. Which we agreed too. They did confirm that they had both our orders... When we went tothe store to pick up our order of two large pizzas and 3 cheese bread orders, only the pizza was there. We asked for our sidesand we were told they were completely out of sides. Why didn't the website tell us that? Or when we originally called aboutthere being two orders placed? The kid behind the counter would only offer his apologies and said nothing about our originalcoupon to make things right. After some discussion, an other employee came out of the back and offered us our original couponbecause she was who we originally talked to. We were missing about $25 worth of our order and said one coupon would not beenough. Both employees started to argue with us and said there was nothing they could do. We asked about a manager, or leavingour contact information and we were basically told if the manager isn't physically present he won't refund anything and leavinga note won't get us anywhere. The one employee then offered to take back our one pizza and we could put a note on that for themanager. The other employee then started blaming the store being out of everything because Little Cesar's just closed and thatthey opened late today because they had to refund a bunch of orders and couldn't open until late... We get pizza here on Fridays just about every other week of the year. The consistency is great and I don?t ever recall having a... bad experience. The pizza tastes great and has a good mix of cheese and toppings. Read more

My mistake was ordering online. I just got home I the orders have barely any cheese on them . I had to pull apart string... cheese to add to make it dinner worthy. I will never get a pizza unless I am standing at the counter while it is being made. You get shorted on toppings when ordering online. Read more

Ordered from here twice... First time they didn't have our order ready and had to wait while watching someone put the pizzas... together as slowly as possible. Second time we ordered and had another family member pick it up and they said the order wasjust 2 pizzas and didn't give us 3 other items we ordered. We won't be placing a third order and hopefully will get our moneyback. Read more

Wonderful employees. After a long day at work I picked our 1yr old up from daycare and headed to Papa Murphys. After I ordered... my Pizza and cheese bread, and was waiting for it to be made, I was told one of the employees would help me and carry out myPizza since I had our baby.
