Called 3x getting a robot each time. The robot hung up. A human finally answered to tell us we either needed to use their app... or come in person. Upon entry at 5:45pm only one high school student (maybe 16) at the counter. Sandwich quality was mediocreat best. Teenage labor, unsupported, poorly trained, and harried. This is the fault of the franchisee and corporate not thechildren operating the store. We've had far better luck with Subway elsewhere. Read more

Placed online order. Wife arrived on time and the two girls behind the counter just ignored her. Then other customers came in,... then left when they weren't helped. Wow! Brian is absolutely amazing. It is slammed in here and he is keeping the most positive attitude out of any subway employee... I?ve seen! And I go to subway frequently! His customer service skills are immaculate and his smile is absolutely contagious!This man Brian NEEDS a raise!!! Incredibly friendly and hard working. Ordered two sandwiches and 3 cookies through an online order tonight. My daughter ran to pick it up and didn't check the bag... before leaving (yep our fault) got home to find out no cookies. No big deal, stuff happens I am reasonable person. I call thestore directly to let them know and see if they can take down my name so next time I order I can pick up cookies then. Young mantold me they cannot but if I drive all the way back he will give me 4 cookies. That makes no sense. It will cost me more in gasto drive all the way there and back than the cost of those 4 cookies. Went online to fill out survey...found out online paperorder receipt they give does not contain the info needed to complete survey (in. Store#). I had the worst experience this afternoon. I tried to pay for my sandwich using my credit card. The cashier tried to put it... through a few times. She kept saying it was denied. She very rudely asked for me name and number and told me to come back andpay for the sandwich because there was a line. I called my credit card company to ask what happened and they said it wentthrough but she kept declining it. I called to tell the manager what happened. He just said "OK". Didn't say sorry, offercoupons. Nothing. I'll never go back. Read more
