Pretty good experience. Staff was friendly and quick (even with a few cars in the drive through) and the food was decent. The... hot papa burger didn't taste or look all that fresh, but wasn't bad. The cheese curds were awesome though, way better thanCulvers. I really don't eat fast food too often anymore but there's also no A&W's where I live so I said wth. Honestly the only reason I'm giving you 2 stars is because the food is amazing. Service is terrible. I get off work at 7:30 and... get to your restaurant at 7:50 to get myself dinner and twice now, as a car is leaving the window I pull up and get food just tohear one of of your employees saying "we're closed". I know staff is hard to come by but this is twice now I go out of my way tocome to your restaurant 10 minutes before close and turned down due to service. I will not be back for a very long time. I stop here almost everydy and not just for the food. The staff are exceptional! Always smiling and extremely friendly! They... really go out if there way to make u feel welcome and appreciated! Even though they are short staffed they have managed todevelope ways to speed up the process. Such as coming out to your vehicle to bring you your drink and collect the payment. Bythe time you reach the window your food is redy! The ma ager is extremely overworked with few employees and always training dueto turnover and yet still greeets me wih smiles nd makes sure that my dinning experience was pleasant. I will continue to stopin the waupun A&W as long as this manager is there and that her staff are as pleasant as they have been. Thank you for all youguys do!!! Read more

They don?t deserve even one star. Went through the drive-thru and waited almost a half hour for the food. They didn?t even... apologize for the wait they simply said ?we are training? I understand training takes time but I don?t think almost a half houris appropriate. I could even see people just standing around doing absolutely nothing! Ordered a large cheese curd and it waslike half full and tasted like plastic. I?m absolutely grossed out by the quality of this food and service. Read more

I'm always very completely honest about places I've visited. what I thought was really good about this restaurant was there are... Root beer floats in the great selection of ice creams. The Cod sandwich with very tiny pieces of fish and the buns are soft butwasn't worth the calories. I just ate the Cod alone. Hamburgers are average in size . Frys tasted good ????
