Drive thru was very slow and mismanaged. They have 2 lanes, but only take orders from 1 and leave the other line waiting. ... After waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich and a drink. They made my drink wrong and then had to wait longer. All in all I'llavoid this McDonald's in the future. Read more
I used to love your iced coffee. Unfortunately lately it hasn't been good. It is more of an iced creamer with a little coffee... for color. Why? Also, while this morning was correct, there have been a lot of errors lately with our orders (not getting whatwe ordered). I have always loved McDonalds. Please try to do better? Read more
Customer service is very poor. The girl who handed us our drinks was very passive aggressive, and the girl who gave us our food... was as well. Customers shouldn't have to leave in a bad mood because of the way your employees who CHOOSE to be there interact. Read more
Was in line to order with 1 other guy in front of me. Lady came to counter and snapped at us to use the screens to order. I... ordered a shake from the screen. Took about 5 minutes of standing and waiting just to be told the ice cream machine doesn?twork. Could?ve avoided that all if I was able to order at the counter to begin with like I wanted to. Disgusting bathrooms, disgusting everything else, like the toilet paper in pic related. Order took over 15 minutes for 2 meals...
