Great food, but a little short staffed lately so please be kind to the staff that IS there. They're doing a great job and doing... their best to take care of everything for us to still eat there. We eat here regularly cuz the food is hot & fresh, their cactusbread desserts are to die for, and their soft serve ice cream is the best in the universe! I always have multiple servings oftheir ice cream for dessert. Please, Pizza Ranch, don't ever change the soft serve ice cream there. :) Read more
Called with about 15 minutes til closing so I understood that they might not have been able to take a pizza delivery order, but... I don't think it warranted being instantly hung up on. I have to say the food at this place was good However they seemed to have a difficult time keeping fresh We hot plate section... that had fried chicken mashed potatoes corn macaroni and cheese were all kept only half full selections out The selection ofpizza was mediocre at best. They ran out of bowls for the soup and never put anymore out. When I questioned them whether or notthey were going to have any desserts out they only told me they were making them. No desserts ever made it to the hot plateuntil I was ready to leave. The section containing fried chicken mashed potatoes carrots potatoes gravy was only ever kept halffull. Even though a family member recommended it and took us to this place I told them I was disappointed. Even though the foodwas tasty If given The Choice I will go somewhere else. Read more
Hardly no food out for buffet, the poatos were as runny as the gravy, pizza was over cooked. Not worth $30 for 2 adults. Years... ago this place was so good, not so much anymore. Read more
My wife put in an order for delivery online for one pizza and a wrap. After an hour and forty minutes we received this. It looks... to be leftover pizza from the buffet and the wrong wrap. We called in and they did give it to us free but the pizza is hard as arock and ice cold, the wrap looks like it sat in the warmer for an hour. Everything went in the garbage. Read more

Always great food...game room is open, and now uses play cards vs tokens and tickets. You load the card with money... (cash/debit/credit) and play. When you win "tickets" they automatically go onto your play card. Register your card, to reuse itthe next time u visit.plently of places to sanitize also. You must wear a mask unless you are eating. When getting food you mustsanitize your hands and wear gloves, EVERYTIME you get food from the buffet. No reusing any cups or plate also. Socialdistancing rules are being kept. By blocking off tables. No pushing tables together and only 4 at 1 table. We had 8 and itworked out just fine. Friendly staff as always. Read more
Have had a couple of bad experiences lately. First one was I ordered online for delivery. Never came. I called and they said... they never got the order. Manager said he would remake and comp entire meal. While they made the meal, they did not comp theentire order and placed it as a credit on my account. Now tonight we order for delivery, delivery driver arrives and apologizeshe forgot the dessert pizza we ordered. Flat out said he never looked the ticket before leaving. Said he would return with itand was very nice . However when he returned, it was a cherry instead of the peach we ordered. This place has gone majorly downhill. Read more
