They're fine. Don't really know when they got so stingy with their sauces but they NEVER get them right. 1.50 per sauce cup and... I'm always one short even when it's on the ticket! I always have to go back in. Wouldn't care so much if they didn't charge forevery single one. Read more
I get the bone-in chicken wings and my wife gets the chicken tenders. The food usually tastes good but the size of wings and... tenders is inconsistent. Sometimes the wings are so small you wonder if there is more bone than meat on them. Prices have goneup quite a bit here, and they don't do Bogo bone-in wings on Tuesdays anymore. Read more
Food was good. Service needs to be worked on. Only saw our server for the order and the bill. No offer on drink refill, even... with empty beer glass in plain view. Plenty of staff standing in kitchen entry though(8 standing there at one point). Read more

So we ordered Uber Eats delivery for the first time from BWW and it took forever to get our food for our driver could pick up.... He brought it directly to us and it was lukewarm at best. The food was really good but cold too eat. We'd love to order againbut how are we sure it won't be cold again? We don't eat out so we need to have food delivered. So disappointment :( Read more
The delivered food was horrible. One box of wings smelled like it was pulled out of a trashcan, while the others tasted bland.... I've had Buffalo Wild Wings before but from a different location, and it wasn't this bad. Who knows, maybe I just got unluckytoday and happened to order when the person who hated their job was working. Been to this location numerous times, but today the cleanliness went to a new height. Nicely social distanced tables in the bar... as well as plexi dividers on the nench seats in the restuarant area. Nice fast service from the Bar / Dining staff. Food wasvery good and a good value for your dollar. For those who follow me, this location has Guinness on tap and was fresh andcold. One of the nicest sports themed places around this area with great prices and reliably good food. Now is the time to getlunch or dinner our since it isn't busy due to Covid. Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Waited 10 minutes to get a drink, so I ordered food right away. 20 minutes of... watching him ignore other customers and he came back over and said he didn't put in my food order because he only wanted to takedrink orders. Then asked what I wanted as if that was normal customer service. No idea how that bartender keeps his job but heis costing them customers edit: their social media team responded faster then the bartender did. Kinda clear where theirpriorities are at. Read more
