Ordered a pizza and ended up finding hair in it. The ?Manager? Kaign was condescending the whole time while ?trying? to find my... order. After realizing it wasn?t going anywhere and that he clearly didn?t care, I just hung up. Moments later I?d seen that Ihad entered some digits wrong for my phone number and that?s why he ?couldn?t? find my order. Needless to say I?ve had MULTIPLEissues with this location over the last couple months. And they would rather argue and not fix their mistakes then admit theirmess ups. Read more
Totally wastes my money there was hair on my food and when I called theanager which was today he refused to look up my order to... help give me what I paid for I paid with a credit card I guess when they mess up it's okay for them to keep your money and noteven try offer a remake I will not be ordering from here again the male manager just hung the phone up l. Ordered my Pizza at 12:52pm, it was out of the oven and "quality checked" @ 1:13pm. Waited till 2pm to call only to find out... they were 3 hr's out for order's due to ONE driver... I picked up my order from this location, got home, it was cold and notfully cooked and a mess in the box. They did refund me, but this needs to be corrected.. when your 3 hr's behind on delivery'syou STOP making pizza and help your ONE driver. NO ONE likes COLD or Un-cooked Pizza. The temperament of the staff is hit or miss, the Pizza was hot and well made. I am just old school and did not like how much in... general Domino's has changed it products especially their pizzas. Read more
My husband and I were starving and decided to walk into Dominoes, we both ordered different sandwiches and cinnamon knots,... waited outside for it to be done. The customer service was very friendly, the amount of time for lunch was perfect and honestlythe Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the Italian sandwich were delicious well made fresh veggies and perfectly cooked and puttogether!! They are good and fast. I order here a lot, both pick up and delivery. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes they... overcook their food. One of the times I complained, they asked of me to either bring food back in or send pictures. I sentpictures of the burnt food and they gave me full credit. Mistakes happen and they made up for it. Have had multiple experiences now where the app will say my pizza is being ?quality checked? for over an hour and when is does... get delivered it?s undercooked and cold. Today I ordered a pizza at 5:52pm, was being quality checked at 6:02pm and it?s now7:09pm and is still saying it?s being quality checked. At this point I don?t think we?re getting our pizza. We tried calling thestore but it just goes to a dead dial tone. Not sure what exactly happened and maybe they closed early but overall just verydisappointed with absolutely no answers. Read more
