Tonight we came with our granddaughter to eat. As we waited we watched a young man work the drive through, front counter &... dinning room alone. I'm not complaining he 100% did his best & I have no complaints! My service was fantastic & definitelycouldn't of asked for more! Hopefully the owner of this restaurant appreciates the employees that came to work tonight! Theydeserve a raise as they kept your doors open and your business running in a almost impossible situation. I literally only saw 3employees I'm not 100% sure how many should actually be working but I'd assume more then 3. Ordered online. Went to pick up after 30 minutes and had to wait 20 more minutes for wrong, missing, cold and expired items.... Fazolis used to be better. The morning after my child woke up with Food Poisoning also! Read more
Food honestly sucked, was just thrown together.. no meat sauce on lasagna.. paid over 30$ for two meals spaghetti was cold and... the noodles where so soggy they mushed right in the plate... Staying at the hospital and went out for dinner and to say theleast it was very disappointing... Won't be going back ... Waste of money. Came here cause there was a wait for Olive Garden but wanted Italian. So glad we tried here! Chad was really nice and friendly... and helpful. Staff is nice and no one gave a bad vibe. They do dine in now and tables are spaced so they support distancing.Great prices and portions. Hot honey BBQ is a must try. And they have better bread sticks. ???????? Read more

No one would answer at the drive through and when we drove up to the window to see if for some reason it was broken, the... employee was very rude! Told us they were busy and if they don't answer that is why. All the other employees just glared at us.My husband apologized, said we didn't know and wasnt sure if it was working or not. If they were busy, all they needed to do waspolitely say, "I'm sorry I'll be with you in a minute". Read more
