I love Hu Hot because I know what I make I'll always like. Was not impressed with this one though. The buffet options were low... or out and not replaced quickly. Overall just seemed dirty and rushed. Grillers did a good job. There was a food allergy andthey cleaned well and were very diligent about it. Read more
Unbelievably dirty. The sauce area was out of almost everything. If there was anything left in the sauce container it was also... full of other customers vegetables. Absolutely gross! Read more
I have a severe nut allergy. The sign posted at the entrance said to notify the cashier which I did. I was given a different... colored bowl to put my foods in and the cooks immediately cleaned and boxed off an area to cook my food in. I was very impressedwith the attention paid to my allergy. We arrived at 4pm & paid for the dinner price of $16.99 per person. This HuHot was out of some meats and many of the sauce... containers were empty. It was an incredibly disappointing experience. It felt like being in a fast food restaurant. We haveeaten at different HuHot restaurants over the past 14 years. We have eaten at HuHots in at least 6 different states. This wasthe absolute worst restaurant, meal we have been in!!! It was awful!!! Read more
