I love Hu Hot because I know what I make I'll always like. Was not impressed with this one though. The buffet options were low... or out and not replaced quickly. I have a severe nut allergy. The sign posted at the entrance said to notify the cashier which I did. I was given a different... colored bowl to put my foods in and the cooks immediately cleaned and boxed off an area to cook my food in. I was very impressedwith the attention paid to my allergy. We arrived at 4pm & paid for the dinner price of $16.99 per person. This HuHot was out of some meats and many of the sauce... containers were empty. It was an incredibly disappointing experience. It felt like being in a fast food restaurant. We haveeaten at different HuHot restaurants over the past 14 years. We have eaten at HuHots in at least 6 different states. This wasthe absolute worst restaurant, meal we have been in!!! It was awful!!! Read more
Two people for a dinner service was $37 after a 15% tip. Definitely not worth the money and not a good experience. The ice cream... machine was down and half of the sodas was not available. The only thing that made this Worthy was the company I had. Read more
Super great huhot, and very smart not having waitress and paying for the buffet upfront. I love that they have the soda machine... with all the different flavors and aren?t crazy about seconds, or the amount of food you give to the grill. The staff ensuredeverything was cooked to perfection and the place was very well kept and stocked. For any newcomers I recommend mixing the housesauce and the scezuan if you like a little spice. It was such a fun experience creating your own dishes! Such great options to choose from for your dish. There were over 12... sauces and a variety of selections. You can select from beef, pork, sausages, crab, etc. shrimp was only served during dinner.Additional side dishes such as eggrolls were extra. You have to wear gloves when preparing your food. I gave 4 star because whengrabbing a bowl, some of the bowls were dirty and you can tell they were not clean well. In addition, when you finish your bowlto grab seconds you leave the dirty bowl at your table. No one came to pick up the plates so at our table plates were piling upwhich made it difficult to find room to eat. Overall, good and fun experience. Read more
I just recently went to this establishment, and the food wasn?t terrible! But the guy who was cooking my food was very rude. He... was the man with his goatee in a ponytail. He made a rude comment and started whispering to his other workers about me right infront of me! Not quietly at all. I was not pleased by him. Everything else was fine. Read more
