You have one guy running the front who can't multitask and he messed up literally every order in front of me. The food is good... for the price, I might use it again as a quick, cheap option. Make sure you repeat yourself like ten times so they don't forgetanything, and check your order before you leave. I hate leaving bad reviews, most of mine are good. Read more
Pizza is great but the service is as poor as I have ever seen there. I think they are short staffed and the staff they do have... is way overwhelmed. Last night there were 9 people in line and most left because the poor girl working behind the counter wastrying to take orders and direct kitchen staff who didn?t seem to have a clue. I don?t blame the staff, I blame poor oversightby management and or ownership. We love Little Ceasers but with the current situation of overworked and undertrained staff, Ican?t see them continuing to be a viable business. Doors were locked at 8:50. If you're open til 9 you're open til 9. I get it, the last minute people can get really irritating,... but you don't close up til closing time. Read more
I have never been treated more poorly over the phone. My mother and I were finalizing and discussing what we wanted to order.... The lady said ?stop being childish and answer my questions.? I then proceeded to verify my order and she had some snotty remarksback to me. Never in customer service should a worker speak to someone like that. I will never order from this place again. I waited 10 minutes before I was even spoken to. In those 10 minutes of me waiting along with 4 other customers (this was at 8pm... 3/18/22) I witnessed two men fighting about taking orders, one saying that he was disabled and he doesn't work register and theother dude was just so angry. There was a 3rd man standing back there , while making food smoking a dab pen. I could not believethat he blatantly did that in front of us all. The 4th guy (he had long brown hair) seemed to be the only one that was actuallyworking and doing everything. That is so unfair when there are 3 other employees standing around literally smoking and doingnothing just staring at the customers, meanwhile he is making the food, doing counter, etc. That man deserves a raise.
