asked for extra salt ON my fries and they completely cheaped out and put their lame new unsalted fries in my order along with... salt packets, we specified this TWICE and those incompetent high school dropouts still couldn't get it through their thickskulls and to their smooth brains to "put salt on customer fries", not "give customer salt packet for fries", even the simiansat the weston/business 51 location, not being any smarter than the ones here, could get the fries right, so this is a one starfrom me until we have some employees of average human intelligence showing these monkey who couldn't even make it through highschool how it's done Read more
Got our order in a timely manner, however we drove home (about 5 minutes) and sat down to eat our food right away and both... burgers we had ordered were room temp, not warm AT ALL. The meat was like chewing on cardboard and both of our fries were asstiff as a board and cold as ever. The food should still be halfway decent upon our 5 minute roadtrip to get home. It's safe tosay that the most satisfying item in our meal today was the drinks. Pretty disappointing considering people are paying for thefood, the least they could do is make it worth the money we all pay to eat their food. Read more
Line was really long. They have 2 lanes but only one was open. I saw multiple cars leave the line. They need both lanes open... during afternoon hours. Read more
