Took my wheelchair bound Mom here at about three in the afternoon on a Saturday. They were very busy. Had to wait 35 min for a... table. This didn't bother us, because they were honest about the wait time, and we agreed to it. The table we were seated atwas appropriate. The waitress was very polite, even though she was clearly stretched to her limit. (Only four wait-staff forthe whole restaurant) Our food was excellent, and we got refills on our drinks without asking. Definitely will not hesitate tovisit again! Read more

I’m not sure if they are short staff or just busy but it took the server 10 minutes before she came and got our drinks. We... then got our soups and food. Came and checked on us once. We needed refills and more breadsticks. My sister had to share herwater. We then asked us for boxes and it took over 5 minutes to get out boxes. She had great conversations with the table nextto us and offered them deserts but couldn’t even get to us or offer us deserts. She was nice but was not getting to us. First visit to this location did not disappoint. Nice atmosphere. Great food. Had ravioli carbonara with shrimp. Yummy. Also... deep fried shrimp with deep fried green peppers and onions. Wait staff was friendly and management was attentive and helpful. Food was yummy! Watch for a few if you use the tabletop... computer. My daughter must have pressed something on it to play games and it charged me $2.99. (?). Otherwise, it was a greatmeal and service. Read more

Went to have lunch at the Wausau Olive Garden today and had a great experience. The restraunt was busy during lunch hours, which... is to be expected of anywhere, but I was able to be seated and served in less than 5 minutes. The staff was very polite andinformative about their menu items, and helped make the dining experience an enjoyable one. The food itself came in good sizedportions and was full of flavor.
