Had to wait almost an hour for our pizza, not to mention.. it's the wrong pizza. Do better, pizza hut..
Don't bother. Ordered pizza and cheese breadsticks. When we picked up the order, they said they were out so they made regular... breadsticks instead and threw them in some greasy bag. If I wanted regular breadsticks, I would have ordered them. I didn'torder breadsticks because I didn't want them. They should have notified me that they were out and either refunded me or asked ifthere is something else I would like. Now I have paid for food I don't want. Total waste. Terrible service. Read more
This message is for WHOEVER decided to take business away from Pizza Hut drivers by (without permission) switching orders to... door dash ???????????????? If I wanted door dash I would have chosen a different restaurant!!! I choose pizza hut because theyACTUALLY hire drivers that I can hold accountable. Have ordered from this same pizza hut for more than 10yrs. Several times a month. This last pizza is one I always order my... family will order the original crust. I prefer pan I always get a super supreme minus ham. We love our delivery man he is sonice and always chats a second with my hubby. Regardless of what we order we tip well. Sit down to the rawest pizza I have everhad. Hubby called really rude person said yea you have to many toppings just put it in your oven. WHAT!!! I chose a pizza onyour menu minus an ingriedent. No where does it say this on the menu. He refused to refund ...offer to send me a different pizzajust put it in the oven. Highly recommend if this is an issue with these kinds of pizzas maybe put a warning by the pizza. if iwanted to use my oven I would not have ordered pizza hut. I ordered a pizza from here and waited for over an hour for this pizza to show up and then I decided to call them to see why my... pizza didn't show up and they claimed I gave them a fake address that my address didn't exist.
