It was not busy at all. We received no service when we first talked in. We ordered with the kiosks since no one acknowledged us.... When our food was up, they just called our name and walked away. Forgot our cups and we had to wait for more than 5 minutesbefore someone asked if we had been helped. The food was your typical t-bell tho. The lady was rude, and they didn?t even deep fried my chalupa. They just gave it to me cold. Not only that, but they seem so... annoyed and a rush to try to get me out of there even though no one was behind me in the drive through. All my food was cold noteven hot from the beef nor anything. I?ve rarely ever had a problem with the drive through or on store services. But I have had a huge problem with the continuous... menu changes. There's no more ordering at the counter, you must now use a touch screen kiosk. Using the kiosk was straight forward and easy.... I was given 3 choices for a receipt, email, text message, or no receipt. I chose text receipt, but never received the textreceipt. As far as the food goes, the chili cheese burrito was good, the burrito supreme didn't have any sour cream, so that wasnot so good! We ate on the dining area, which needed a cleaning. Read more
