Went for a kids birthday party for my son, our waitress Brenda was great. The food was good, even the Gluten free pizza! Lots of... space to sit and visit in the bar area, while the kids played games. The birthday party package was well worth it, as each kidgot a card and that was worth it!! Best part no cleaning up! Waitresses are great. The food not so much. My 7 yr old says McDonald's tastes better. 2nd time there, the 1st time was okay at... best, tonight when my son asked to go get real food the response was a Hitler approach, the company NEEDS TO DO BETTER. Read more

I am constantly disappointed at the service of this place; which is a shame given I enjoy the atmosphere and food. Tonight we... arrived at 7:40pm. (Innocently not realizing they close at 9pm). Requested a table at the reception desk, as there was a younglady there ready to seat us. As she was grabbing menus to seat us, another young woman comes up and says "no, you will have tosit at the bar we are in the middle of closing" (at 8pm!?). So, we went at sat at the bar and asked about ordering food. Mindyou it's only 7:45 at the latest at this point... we were told the kitchen closes at 8pm, so if we wanted food we could onlyorder appetizers. We sat there for a bit debating what we wanted to do, as we wanted dinner. Eventually a woman comes up totakes our order (while the bartender is talking with friends), and let's us know that if we get our order in before 8pm, we canorder ANYTHING on the menu. We ordered food and drinks and both were delicious. Last call occurred at 8:30pm through the speakersystem (could barely hear it and only knew it was last call because we were told later on). Tap brushes were in the taps by8:35. I asked for another drink and was told that last call had already occurred but sure. We had ordered drinks prior and weresitting at the bar (which was not crowded, would have been nice to be asked if we wanted one more drink at last call....). Eachtime I visit, the staff can't seem to be bothered. It was my friend's first time and he was completely turned off. Fun arcade. I like that you don't have to keep track of tokens or tickets, it's all on a card so you can keep accumulating at... subsequent visits. Took my child and a few friends. Good time. Beautiful water views outside as well. Can't speak to therestaurant or laser tag portions. Read more

Had a great experience sitting outside under an umbrella with a great view of the river. Our server was very friendly and... attentive. The fish and chips was very good. Love the special tartar sauce. Their menu is very extensive and next time we willtry a pizza. Oh I almost forgot - the fried pickles were the best I ever had. Several long lightly breaded crunchy spears. Almost a meal in itself. Only negative was that since we were on the patio no glass is allowed outside. The salmon and wild rice were excellent. The ruben and other food was also very good. Beer selection on tap was large too with... around 20 to choose from. View is also nice. Not just for kids or adults who want to play games. Great food and beer and niceatmosphere for all. Read more

Awesome place for some great fun, even for adults. Not as big as a Dave & Busters but still a good size. Coin Pusher is by fair... the best game. We walked away with some of the biggest prizes and had a ton of fun as adults. (See pictures) Read more
